Recently Fixes and changes.

Fix NPC becoming idle when they are taken too far away from spawn. (Currently they do not go back to spawn but they should continue to target a player when attacked).

Change guards in the Jail area to be neutral so they do not attack players with perm criminal.

Players can now move onto a tile occupied by another player based on a roll (currently just a static 75% chance) when blocked.

Movement is now possible when over burdened at a much slower speed (10x that of normal speed).

Increased range of bow and wand (magic missile) from 10 to 14.

Trying out a possible fix for step hitting not working for ranged attacks (bow and wand).
